Husband and i called around 10 am & made an appointment between 3-5 pm, however we got a call literally 10 minutes after we hung up that someone was actually on our way to us! Our technician was NICKOLAS SANTOS. He was right on time, nice, & got the job done super quick! We originally thought it was a clog due to hair but he said it was something else stuck that could’ve easily been there for years. Whatever it was I’m glad he took care of it. I also love that they have a 2 week warranty.

Ameripro had excellent response time and came out quickly to unclog a sink I was having trouble with. I had mentioned a leaking sprinkler valve and they were able to fix that as well. This is to the reply. Yes you finally fix the water heater. After months of me trying to get you to fix it. You guys lied to warranty company. saying you came out to look at it the 2nd time but you really didn’t. You guys are very unprofessional, rude and the work you did wasn’t the best. When I asked you questions while you were here it seemed like you couldn’t or wouldn’t answer them. Our water pressure still isn’t what it use to be.
