He fixed my broken, leaking pipe very quickly, and when I asked whether he should replace my very old shut off valve, he actually discouraged me from doing so (“if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”) rather than taking the opportunity to take more of my money. Clarence, Discount Plumbing’s employee, was right on time and fixed my problems in a very timely manner. He was very professional and his work was perfect. This is the third time I used this company and highly recommend them.

When my water heater went out, no other plumbers would work with me as there were a couple things not up to city code. I was out of hot water for a week. Finally I found Valice Plumbing on Google and to my surprise, they were able to respond quickly and had someone out immediately and on time. They replaced my water heater and fixed all the issues. They kept in touch until the city permit was approved and signed off. Would highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable, services are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you guys.

As soon as I called, they were able to check out the problem with my water heater and came up with a permanent solution. It was fast and the prices were good. Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
