Highly recommended. James and Kevin (sorry if I got your name wrong!) came out and finally fixed a tricky and persistent clog that had already stumped several other plumbers, and they installed something to prevent it from being such an issue in the future, and all for a reasonable price. I have also called on Jc Sewer & Drain to help with other plumbing emergencies (such as flooding under a toilet) and I recommend them for that too.

The drain that connects to my washing machine was backing up. I called and left a message. Howard called me back very shortly. He was able to come out the same day or schedule within the week. Same day worked for me so he came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
