Technician came in on the next day to repair the Ac unit. he was very knowledgeable and new his ACs real well. he diagnosed/ identified the problem with in five minutes. Upon my approval, Mr. Allen fixed my AC Unit and got it running. Thank you all. Stay cool Mr. Allen,, its 108 degrees out there today.

Valentine was a great help, he unclogged the sewer that somehow backed up to the toilet and bathtub. He was very helpful with communicating with what was going on and how he could help fix the problem the best he could. Thank you!

Water heater went out on Friday. Called them and scheduled to have the first available install date. We set it up for Monday. They called me back at was able to get the install done on Saturday afternoon! They showed up as scheduled and did the install. Quick, complete and very professional. I could not even tell they had been there. Awesome service, top rate professionals and just overall great people. Would recommend and use them again. BTW, great price!

Not satisfied with the very late arrival after I was told at first someone would be here by 4pm. The I received notice that I someone would be here between 1 and 3. Then I receive notice a technician is on his way around 4:30. The technician arrives around 5:15 and offers me a 10% discount from a min $250 charge. Not enough for the major inconvenience I endured freeing up my whole day on the belief that I could trust what I was told about the service I was going to receive.
