I had an appointment to get a new HVAC system at my house. After waiting 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Misty said It's a 2 hours window, sir, which wasn't mentioned when I made the appointment. She then told me I am not even on the schedule. I was transferred to the person I had the appointment with who apologized and said he was too busy to call. I'm busy too and took time off work to be home. A courtesy call just to let someone know you're running late seems like the most professional way to handle that situation. Not a good first impression and if that is how the rest of the interactions will be, no thanks. Moving on.

Joe was very informative on all my systems that I have even check the roof for leaks when that wasn’t his problem he checked for a water heater problems. He did a very thorough check of my house.

Vaughn showed up right on time and told us what he was going to do . He found the leaks. Explain what they were and went to work and got it all completed right on schedule . We could not have chosen a better company than Bullseye . They are very professional and courteous company while keeping a kind and friendly attitude. I had an emergency at my home (on a Sunday afternoon no less!). This company picked up the phone and came out within an hour and solved our problem in the blink of an eye! AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR THE EMERGENCY CALL OR COMING OUT ON A SUNDAY! WOW!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with no reservation whatsoever!

They were honest and transparent about the need to replace my old water heater. The heater I had was on its last legs and any minor repairs would have just been a band aid to temporarily fix the issue I was having, so it made sense to replace it. The team were super quick in getting me a new unit & were very communicative in terms of timing needed and arrival. I’ll definitely be using them again should any other plumbing issues arise!
