Horrible service. Let me start off saying that McLaughlin was a family go to provider. However, after scheduling a repair with them, taking time off work to accommodate the technician, they (Misty) cancelled the appointment without telling me. I found out when I called a second time that day at 4:50pm. To further complicate the situation, they transferred me to Dave, the parts guy. He apologized for not contacting me sooner because he was so busy. He had two weeks to call me. He also recommended to replace a $6k AC unit they installed 7 years ago. Pass!!

Charged me 200.00 for a thirty dollar part. When i inquired the owner was rude and stated just because you see a part online it doesnt mean its really that cheap. I would NEVER recommend any one use their services!

Kimberly the reception lady was very nice and super friendly and professional. Technician came in on the next day to repair the Ac unit. he was very knowledgeable and new his ACs real well. he diagnosed/ identified the problem with in five minutes. Upon my approval, Mr. Allen fixed my AC Unit and got it running. Thank you all. Stay cool Mr. Allen,, its 108 degrees out there today.

The guy was nice and friendly. He used the snake for about 10 mins, and determined it couldn’t be done. He wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive service. I said no, so he packed up and left. Problem wasn’t fix.

The drain that connects to my washing machine was backing up. I called and left a message. Howard called me back very shortly. He was able to come out the same day or schedule within the week. Same day worked for me so he came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable.

Ameripro had excellent response time and came out quickly to unclog a sink I was having trouble with. I had mentioned a leaking sprinkler valve and they were able to fix that as well. Home warranty assigned our repair case to them which is our bad luck. The technician put in the report saying missing parts which leads to deny of our claim by home warranty. Indeed, the parts are not missing. The technician just didn't care to ask about the parts at the spot and later refused to make correction of his report.
