Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. Joe Bryson misrepresented what he was doing. Did VERY shabby work. (the warranty paperwork was installed INSIDE the condenser unit out in the yard.... a few days later the AC stopped working and another REPUTABLE AC company came out and they found the paperwork had been installed in the condenser and had burnt edges). The condensation drain was stuck into an existing PVC pipe extending from the wall that WASN'T HOOKED INTO ANYTHING, and therefore flooded my entire living room, hallway and kitchen. I had to replace all of my floors (thank God for good insurance!) I was without AC for a week in the hottest part of the summer. Finally, after taking many notes on behavior and workmanship, I turned him over to the State Contractor's Board and they took it from there. He was taken to court and fined thousands of dollars in fines and the court also reimbursed me for the repairs I had to have done to my AC/heating unit. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO FIX ANYTHING AT MY HOUSE. I don't understand why he's still in business. I could go on. . . there was a lot more. It was the summer I'll never forget!!!

Am very pleased with the way Luis works. He takes the necessary time to do a good job. I asked for suggestions and he gave me a few to keep pipes clean and prevent future clogging. He earned my trust! Definitely recommend him👍🏼👍🏼

Joe right on time very professional with integrity respect and gave me the best service I’ve ever received JJ‘s air conditioner is the place to be if you need replacement of your air conditioner I would recommend this place their workers have integrity and respect which is hard to fine today I had another person take me for $2400 that didn’t install anything in fact had I not call JJ’s the house probably would’ve caught on fire I appreciate your business and I appreciate the people that you hire because if it wasn’t for people like Joe then today would not have been a good day so I thank you and I’m looking forward to the new install

When it comes to water heaters, these guys are a lifesaver. They got me a next day appointment in Kennedy. And the installer came out at 7:30AM and had my new water heater completely installed by 9AM!! These guys are the best you'll ever meet as far as water heaters! I highly recommend them and you should just stop your search right here you found the best!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
