Nino and son (Ryan) showed up and replaced my AC system. They did such an amazing job and got my air working. My home now feels so cool. Could not tolerate the heat but in no time, they got it fixed! I highly recommend this business. 30+years experience, fast and efficient, and guarantee their work. Most importantly, they’re honest with their diagnostic assessment.

Clean and professional

Their technician Chris was polite, on time, professional, and diagnosed the issue with my AC quickly. Turned out to be a bad capacitor which is a $40 part. Chris was onsite for 30 minutes making the diagnosis and repair. The bill ended up being $220. Taking out the cost of the part, that leaves $180 for a half hour of labor. When I called the next day to speak with someone about the nearly $400 per hour labor charge the lady was argumentative and told me it couldn't be $400 per hour when my bill was only $220. When I pointed out that the technician was there for only 30 minutes she asked me not to call them for service again and hung up on me. I guess they don't rely on repeat business.

Really fast service and on time to replace our water heater...have to commend their excellent professionalism.

We had a guy come check our a/c all he did was check to see if it was running he said it works lol. He did suggest some some fixes. He didn't even do any of these , During a tune-up, your AC technician examines the unit from top to bottom and takes care of several minor things, such as: Cleaning the condenser coils. Flushing the drain.

Great company. I would call them out to meet my plumbing needs. No complaints and they are prompt and professional.

I called Josh Jacobs plumbing and drain because I had a clogged kitchen sink for several weeks. He came when I asked him to and corrected the clogged sink very quickly. He is very professional. I plan on having him return to install my garbage disposal.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
