Quick response time and the techs were great. I’m giving Roto Rooter two stars because the first tech cleared the pipe ,but didn’t diagnose why it was clogged. About a week later (today) I called and told them the toilet was clogged again. They said no worries we will have a technition come out free of charge because this is within the warranty period. I thought fantastic!! Well, two techs came out and within 15 minutes they clear the clog and state it’s because of our cleanout, therefore we will
Have to charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? If you would have told me that the first time I could have had the root of the problem fixed. Instead after the second $195 dollar service call (which I thought was going to be free) they thought they would tell me I have another issue. Of course when the company has to warranty the work free of charge of the customer it’s now time to find the root of the problem So they can charge me a second time and not warranty the work. Then want to charge me again to actually fix the problem.

Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. Heater stopped working. Called and they worked me in within an hour. Fixed in 10 minutes. All around great!

Roto rooters told me I needed a new garbage disposal and they charged me 670 total with installation and everything and anthony came in, grabbed a wrench, and my garbage disposal was fixed!

I had a water heater replacement job! It was a 2-day job and every aspect of the project was executed as perfect as humanly possible! Their prices are very reasonable! I am so satisfied with their work that they are my forever plumber! I will be working with them again in the near future (kitchen faucet/garbage disposal replacements)!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
