Great guy, came for inspection, identified cause, came back next day and fixed the problem. The plumber kept us informed at all times of the work in progress. Would call on him again.

This review is way over due! I've been using Freitas Plumbing for many years. Guy is always very responsive when I text him looking for an appointment. Anthony has been coming out to my house for years and we enjoy having him in our home and we always have good conversation with him. On the last few calls, Anthony had Kai with him and Kai is also a very nice guy. Super friendly and good conversation. Freitas has expanded out to the valley so they are very busy. If my plumbing issue is not an emergency, I will wait for as long as I need to. Thanks Guy, Anthony and Kai for your amazing service over the years.

Can’t get a estimate I got the call back and got the hourly rate and asked the jobs estimated time it’ll take and dude kept saying “we go up after 5” and hung up after I kept asking how long the job will take. What good is the hourly rate with no estimate on the length of the job 🚮

Juan and his sons completed a Trenchless main sewer line replacement after I’d had problems with blockage from tree roots for years. They worked very hard as a team and overcame a potential disaster once actually visualizing how close the gas line was to the sewer line. They were friendly, professional and completed the job timely and did an excellent clean up. The price was right as well. I will be using this team for any future plumbing needs.

They quickly found an appointment time to have one of their technicians come out and install our beautiful new faucet. Before that, they even advised on a way a previous customer used the same faucet that made the long-term maintenance easier. Ruth in the office was also super friendly and worked around our job schedules. All around another great experience!
