Nino and son (Ryan) showed up and replaced my AC system. They did such an amazing job and got my air working. My home now feels so cool. Could not tolerate the heat but in no time, they got it fixed! I called this company on a Friday and asked specifically if they have leak detection equipment. I asked 2x and expressed my need for that. They assured me they have the equipment. They showed up at my clients property without the equipment and said to use another company that has that equipment for more precise locating techniques. Call someone else if this is what you want.

We had a leaky faucet for days, the water puddled the entire kitchen. e&g plumbing quickly resolved the problem at a better price than all the other companies we called!

We had both toilets not functioning at the same time and turns out, we had roots growing through the pipes coming from a crack in the sewage line. This man cleared the entire drainage system, then showed me where the crack was using a camera he had. The price was very affordable considering the amount of work that needed to be done to clear everything out. He also arrived very quickly and was very courteous and explained steps I can take to prevent this from happening again. I would most definitely call him again.

Mr. and Mrs. Navarro were so professional and friendly. They responded quickly to my call and also to come to my house to fix my water heater. They were so helpful and took the time to explain how to work the water heater and pump correctly. I believe I was overcharged for the work that was done, and was told more work needed to be done for a high price. Got a second opinion and found that the “problem” didn’t need to be fixed at all, it was something entirely different and much cheaper ! Would have paid several thousands and not have had the actual problem fixed. Please, get a second opinion first!

After reading the great reviews I was looking forward to talking with this company in hopes that they could help me with my plumbing problem. Unfortunately I never got a call back after leaving a message.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
