Our water heater went out this past Sunday. Found Valice Plumbing Online with 24 hour service. Called and described the problem. A technician was scheduled and arrived within 30 minutes. The technician diagnosed the problem right away. We discovered the heater was under warranty and a part was ordered from the manufacturer at no extra cost. The part has now been installed and the heater is now working. Thanks for all your help.

I've used Valice Plumbing several times. They did the sewer line inspection for our home, they rerouted our water and electrical lines for installing a kitchen island, AND they did the finish work for the island (installed sink, disposal, and dishwasher). Man, they can just do it all. They are very responsive and a breeze to work with. I'll be calling Valice when I need any plumbing work done.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
