Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. Luis is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with my custom shower system of body jet sprays and other shower heads. He found the part at the local dealer where the system was purchased and repaired within 90 minutes.

We first had Valice Plumbing install a water line for our dishwasher. They came out as soon as we needed them and did a very clean job! Then our water heater broke, they came out as soon as we called on a Saturday. When the plumber figured out what the water heater part needed replacing, he said he could buy the part at a local source on monday. On monday, they got the part and fixed my water heater. They really did a great job and very quickly! They made the whole series of plumbing issues painless.

Val saved the day. A pipe broke outside of our home and we had to have our water turned off. We have 2 small children and needed help asap. Val and team came at the end of their day, in the dark & repaired our pipe all while entertaining our children from outside the window. I will definitely use them again.

It was a cold winter morning when the water heater in our Weston Ranch home stopped working. We were left without hot water and feeling hopeless. But then, like a knight in shining armor, the plumber tech came to the rescue. In no time at all, he had fixed the water heater and saved us from a cold, miserable day. We were so thankful for his speedy service and dedication.

We had called this company to come out about a month ago and we wanted them to diagnose our septic leak in our backyard that was coming from a root that had punctured our septic pipe however when Nelson and Rene came out, Nelson was the supervisor and he seemed more concerned about trying to sell us a service that we didn't need along with not diagnosing re-issue correctly and was instead acting more like a car salesman then he was a concerned and caring plumber. We were originally told that we were only going to be paying $460 for the diagnosis and to help get our snake out of our line which was stuck and we ended up paying over $800 and to make things more disappointing Nelson told us that he would come back within a few days to follow up with us which never happened. I called immediately on Monday because no one came back out and I was told that the branch manager for this area was supposed to call me which I never received a call back and I called again a few weeks later in order to follow up as to why I never received a call and I still didn't receive a call. A week later we had received a bill from Roto-Rooter that said that we owed another $400 which was completely incorrect and it was claiming that we owed for work that was never even done to our home and so I immediately called back and complained about this and finally received a call from a manager and they claimed that they were going to take the additional $400 off of our bill. The manager didn't seem to show any concern at all that we were not only overcharged but we were originally charged for work that was never even done in the first place!! I would not recommend going with this company but instead go with Phil and Paul's plumbing which do much better work and they are a lot more honest and straightforward up front than this company!! Roto-Rooter only seems to care about making sales more than actually taking care of your plumbing concerns!!!

No joke, no extra fees! George was extremely professional, knowledgeable and cleaned out the sewer lines for much less than most. Thank you, George!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.

This is to the reply. Yes you finally fix the water heater. After months of me trying to get you to fix it. You guys lied to warranty company. saying you came out to look at it the 2nd time but you really didn’t. You guys are very unprofessional, rude and the work you did wasn’t the best. When I asked you questions while you were here it seemed like you couldn’t or wouldn’t answer them. Our water pressure still isn’t what it use to be.
