Jason & Chris work together as the perfect team. My time was not wasted waiting while the expediently diagnosed the problem that I have had for 5 days, (with 1 other company attempting to fix the problem). The only thing they fixed was lightning my pocketbook. THIS IS NOT KNIGHTS PHILOSOPHY. They quoted one price, but the price was actually lower in the end. Jason was on time and concerned about my wellbeing. He Understood the stress and pressure my family has been under during this holiday season, but eliminated it by their high quality work. The repairs were done with humor, yet professionalism that is difficult to find in todays hectic world.

Horrible service. Let me start off saying that McLaughlin was a family go to provider. However, after scheduling a repair with them, taking time off work to accommodate the technician, they (Misty) cancelled the appointment without telling me. I found out when I called a second time that day at 4:50pm. To further complicate the situation, they transferred me to Dave, the parts guy. He apologized for not contacting me sooner because he was so busy. He had two weeks to call me. He also recommended to replace a $6k AC unit they installed 7 years ago. Pass!!

Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. Planning isn't the end: We experienced a manufacturer's defect almost a year in, in a shower valve, and Seco took care of everything.

If we were to do it all over, again, Seco would still be on-site.

These guys replaced the water and sewage pipes for our mothers 1950’s home. We had received one other quote before finding Crystal Plumbing. The first company (Well known company in Lodi), couldn’t figure out what was going wrong, then quoted us an astronomical price. The toilets wouldn’t flush, filthy water was coming up through the shower drain (total nightmare). I found Crystal Plumbing and decided to call for a second quote. Crystal Plumbing came within 10 mins of us calling (it was later in the day). The plumber was able to figure out right away what the issue was. He temporarily fixed the problem then they scheduled a few days later to To do the extensive work. They kept us informed throughout the process, they explained everything clearly, often times having to repeat themselves, so that I would understand. They coordinated with the city of Lodi right away. I’m just very thankful we found such a professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, kind, group of plumbers at a very reasonable price to help our elderly mom.
