Vaughn showed up right on time and told us what he was going to do . He found the leaks. Explain what they were and went to work and got it all completed right on schedule . We could not have chosen a better company than Bullseye . They are very professional and courteous company while keeping a kind and friendly attitude. From start to finish, the company was quick to respond but also were extremely professional, from the office and rep that came out to the site. Zach is the rep that came onsite saw the issue and remedied it fairly quickly. Explained what's going on and how he fixed it. He was apologetic that he had to charge the standard charge which was an hour and understandable. I was appreciative of his work, professionalism, being able to explain in laymen terms what happened and what he was doing, handled it and gave me options on how to pay the bill. Discount Plumbing is responsive, reasonably priced and dependable. We have an older house with some challenging draining problems. I count on Hector and the Discount Plumbing team to keep everything running. It's always much appreciated. We used to call random listings in the phone book and were generally disappointed in either the work or the attitude or both. A friend recommended Discount. I've called several times and they are always quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Hector comes out and he addresses everything I have even if I forgot to mention it in the original call and never acts pressured for time or bothered by what we've asked to have done.

Josh and his team came out and helped clean my outdoor drainage system. They were very professional and explained everything.

Val saved the day. A pipe broke outside of our home and we had to have our water turned off. We have 2 small children and needed help asap. Val and team came at the end of their day, in the dark & repaired our pipe all while entertaining our children from outside the window. I will definitely use them again.
