Had an odd smell coming from under the house. Called Accuflow Plumbing and they had a plumber out the very next day. He found that I had a cracked sewer line. Cut out the old line and had it repaired inside of 20 minutes.

Plumber was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Of course I could have done it myself, except it would have taken all day, 4 trips to the hardware store and cost about twice as much when all was said and done.

I believe I was overcharged for the work that was done, and was told more work needed to be done for a high price. Got a second opinion and found that the “problem” didn’t need to be fixed at all, it was something entirely different and much cheaper ! Would have paid several thousands and not have had the actual problem fixed. Please, get a second opinion first!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
