I had an appointment to get a new HVAC system at my house. After waiting 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Misty said It's a 2 hours window, sir, which wasn't mentioned when I made the appointment. She then told me I am not even on the schedule. I was transferred to the person I had the appointment with who apologized and said he was too busy to call. I'm busy too and took time off work to be home. A courtesy call just to let someone know you're running late seems like the most professional way to handle that situation. Not a good first impression and if that is how the rest of the interactions will be, no thanks. Moving on.

Customer service was awesome. Fence company dug through my sewer line, and would've never known without Forest and Phil's help. They did everything they could and went the extra mile, going so far as to offer up alternative solutions to the issue at hand.

I needed an emergency repair at my main. I contacted Valentine and he responded promptly on a Sunday and saved the day! He was able to repair my broken pipe and restore water to my house in about 15 min. Very professional great customer service Thank You!!!!!

Had to have a valve replaced on my water heater and a leak in my kitchen sink repaired ASAP and these guys saved the damn day. The price was fair and they new their stufff

Eric fixed a leaking valve under our sink and washing machine drain for us. He was friendly and did the job well. We'll call them again.

Mikey was very professional and on time! He did excellent work! We tried contacting other plumbers and they never followed thru or didnt return our calls. Mikey was on it he knew exactly what needed to be done and came out the very next day to fix!! We will never use another plumbing service again! We will use Mikey for all our future plumbing needs! He's trustworthy and honest!

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
