I contacted these guys to replace a water heater in the home I own. Boy, I sure came to the right place!

Everything from the initial consultation to ironing out the details went very smoothly as they got ready for the job. They pulled the city permit and took care of everything before the job started.

The van arrived right on time on the date of the installation. They brought the water heater I specified and quality installation parts. Since they know that I'm picky, their cheerful, friendly plumber checked with me every step of the way to be certain I was happy with the installation. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and even made sure that the City inspector came out to inspect the completion of the job when they were done.

It was a cold winter morning when the water heater in our Weston Ranch home stopped working. We were left without hot water and feeling hopeless. But then, like a knight in shining armor, the plumber tech came to the rescue. In no time at all, he had fixed the water heater and saved us from a cold, miserable day. The owner, Mike, called me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the job performed. We discussed that I was a bit disappointed that for the length of the job, I felt we could of received a better rate than the quote given. He listened to my concerns and he remedied my concerns. Not too many companies would go out of their way to make sure their customers were satisfied. The company did a great job and very friendly plumbers as well.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
