Called e&g plumbing to get my water heater replaced. They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. Mike was awesome, professional and quick. The guy was a self motivated person to get things done quick and right. I got family moving into the area and will definitely recommend Mike if they need a plumber. But I'm for sure we'll keep Mike's number and call him when I need a plumber again.

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
