Joseph was the last technician that has come out to our house even including a new AC unit on the roof that has explained everything to us thoroughly. Val saved the day. A pipe broke outside of our home and we had to have our water turned off. We have 2 small children and needed help asap. Val and team came at the end of their day, in the dark & repaired our pipe all while entertaining our children from outside the window. I will definitely use them again.

They were honest and transparent about the need to replace my old water heater. The heater I had was on its last legs and any minor repairs would have just been a band aid to temporarily fix the issue I was having, so it made sense to replace it. The team were super quick in getting me a new unit & were very communicative in terms of timing needed and arrival. I’ll definitely be using them again should any other plumbing issues arise!

Fast, reasonably priced good service

Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.

So far, I have anxiety for lack of professionalism. I have no document to tell me what brought them to all the work they say needs to be done. And no one, not even Old Republic will provide me written work order with the initial visit findings.
