They arrived really fast, technician Alain came out, he was very polite and went step by step on how the process of replacing a water heater would be like and what parts he was going to change. He was very professional and knows what he is doing, also the price was fair, his customer service was over the top and i will definitely be calling him back for any of my plumbing needs. And the installer came out at 7:30AM and had my new water heater completely installed by 9AM!! These guys are the best you'll ever meet as far as water heaters! I did not use Tony’s plumbing services, but I did receive help from their driver when I was broke down at a complex. I asked their driver Isaac and another man for some help, They helped me get my car started and back on the road. Not to mention it was 103 outside and they were busy working they actually took the time to help me. These are the kind of men I would want working for me and doing business with. Great Service! Had trouble with the waterpressure and it was fixed in a min .I am just embarressed that I didnt think of that what the problem was .the 2 guys that came (too bad I forgot the names ) were very friendly ! I would call RC plumbing again !!

I had a water heater leak on my old tank so I called Lester’s Plumbing and Rooter for a quote, they told me that the estimate was Free. I couldn’t pass up on the affordable price. They convinced me that a tankless water heater is the way to go and that it’s instant hot water also that it’s an investment if I ever want to sell my house. With the experience they had they were able to install a new tankless water heater for me in no time. Hefner and Alex were very friendly and professional. They even took the old water heater free of charge. Thanks to Lester’s I won’t have to worry about my water heater any time soon.
