These guys replaced the water and sewage pipes for our mothers 1950’s home. We had received one other quote before finding Crystal Plumbing. The first company (Well known company in Lodi), couldn’t figure out what was going wrong, then quoted us an astronomical price. The toilets wouldn’t flush, filthy water was coming up through the shower drain (total nightmare). I found Crystal Plumbing and decided to call for a second quote. Crystal Plumbing came within 10 mins of us calling (it was later in the day). The plumber was able to figure out right away what the issue was. He temporarily fixed the problem then they scheduled a few days later to To do the extensive work. They kept us informed throughout the process, they explained everything clearly, often times having to repeat themselves, so that I would understand. They coordinated with the city of Lodi right away. I’m just very thankful we found such a professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, kind, group of plumbers at a very reasonable price to help our elderly mom. Franklin came to the my rental house On June 18th. On June 25 we were still having exact same problem. We called Franklin he said he would be out June 26th in the morning. He was a no show. We called he said he forgot and would be there in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went no Franklin. Now he isn’t returning phone calls. I wouldn’t use them every again. If they 0 I would give that rating.
