I had an appointment to get a new HVAC system at my house. After waiting 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Misty said It's a 2 hours window, sir, which wasn't mentioned when I made the appointment. She then told me I am not even on the schedule. I was transferred to the person I had the appointment with who apologized and said he was too busy to call. I'm busy too and took time off work to be home. A courtesy call just to let someone know you're running late seems like the most professional way to handle that situation. Not a good first impression and if that is how the rest of the interactions will be, no thanks. Moving on.

These guys are great. After taking to them on the phone and sending them a picture about my leak, they gave me an estimate within a few minutes. About 2 hours later they were at my house making the repairs and it was done quickly. They didn't make a mess and did a great job. They were also very nice and explained why the leaked happened. They also looked at some of the other areas to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely use them again.

Planning isn't the end: We experienced a manufacturer's defect almost a year in, in a shower valve, and Seco took care of everything.
