Great company with fast service and friendly technicians. They quickly identified the problem with my nest thermostat and fixed it very inexpensively. Mike actually texted me a few days before his visit to be sure that he understood the problem and would have the necessary parts.

I had a water leak in my kitchen and Brandon from Mr.Rooter of Seattle came out and assessed and discovered a busted water pipe. The professional service and knowledge Brandon displayed gave us a level of comfort that we know whenever we need plumbing services we will use Mr. Rooter again. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and we are relieved to find a plumber we can rely on with great customer service.

Chris Hall was great! His card says he's the HVAC Foreman and I was impressed with how he diagnosed issues with our old furnace including a blown fuse and a disconnected wire and fixed them quickly.

He also showed me how to wash-out the filter and answered a bunch of my questions about heating and cooling options to replace the old system.
