I would like to commend Jerrod, our plumber, for helping us out today only hours after I told Stephanie, the scheduler, about our plumbing problem. YAY Stephanie! After he greeted us he got right to work. We were in a tight spot because ours is an old home with old plumbing & we despair every time there is a plumbing issue. Turns out Jerrod explored the area of concern, explained exactly what the problem was, what the repair involved, fixed it and he was done! Very resourceful & professional.
