Horrible customer service and after-sales experience. I would give a zero if I would. Positive google reviews are mostly likely fake and prompt by promotion. Review Better Business Bureau (rated 1.3 out of 5) before you choose. Will recommend everyone against it.My house first had a pipe blockage Roto Rooter sent an unprofessional technician who provided a wrong diagnosis, provoked my tenant to leave, double-charged the blockage clear up service, and as a result, led to another blockage and consequently a water overflow which cost us $38K total.Reported the issue to senior management but the technician was fired when I reported so they were like this is none of our business as the employee is gone. They also say they cannot control the level of experience of the staff sent to the field and they have to train their employee somewhere. I cannot believe this is how a national company excuses itself by blaming everything on an unqualified employee. They did not think of reviewing their HR policy or training program but to tell their vulnerable customer it is what it is and deal with the loss yourself.This company also likes to charge extra and you have to be very careful when you review your bill because you will very likely see double charges or charges covered under warranty.

Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!

Contacted Craftsman Plumbing to bid on a kitchen sink, faucet and disposal replacement and install. Cameron came out evaluated the project, gave me a bid and I decided at that time I’d go forward with them. Cameron then did the job same day. He was great! Good communication, kept the site clean and completed the job within the time he estimated. I would def use them again.

Made an appointment with Cesar for 12/15- he didn't show up, didn't call, didn't respond to my text, and never followed up. Waste of time and very unprofessional.

We received 4 star service from Cesar. He installed our new dishwasher and garbage disposal and did a great job.

I accidentally called them instead of Skyway Water and Sewer ( where my water bill comes from). The dispatcher was friendly and I asked about getting a plumber out to fix a leak and a toilet. Miguel came out maybe an hour later. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He was able to fix all my plumbing issues and didn't even mind while I obnoxiously watched from a distance and chatted him up while he worked. He expressed that he really liked working for this company and he gets treated well. I will definitely be calling for him again when something comes up. I like supporting companies that support their workers.
