I had a tricky drain clog that was way down the pipes. I had two other plumbers try to clear the clog but they couldn't and wanted to do some very expensive work to try to fix it.

Craftsman was by far the friendliest and had a reasonable fee for the value I received. They earned my repeat business should I ever need a plumber again.

The company does not charge a service fee for coming out. They will diagnose the issue to the best of their ability, explain your options and clearly tell you the costs. Val was very professional and took pride in his work. He also has an educational style, so I learned a lot in the process and was confident in the decisions I made.
