Best Storm Drain Installation in Seattle WA
My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.

Anthony was very informative and help us determine the issues with our downspouts and breaks in cement drains. He provided pictures of the issues.

Chuck and Brian are a national treasure. Other companies gave me ridiculous quote to unclog my sewer and chuck and Brian were incredibly reasonable. Their years of experience really show in their knowledge and confidence. I’m recommending them to everyone I know.

First, I will say that I can't recommend these guys enough. They worked fast, clean, and despite two giant holes dug in my yards, there is barely any evidence that they were there. Tarps put down for the excavated dirt protected our lawn and as a result, all the dirt ended up back in the hole. They also very carefully pulled up the grass in chunks and then put them back so you can't tell from the side that it was ever dug up. (And barely from the top!)
What made this even more amazing is that our contract clearly states that the property owner is responsible for any landscaping needed after the job is over. (This was noted in all four bids we got.) So I expected to have some work after it was done. Instead they did the work, had the line inspected by the city, put everything away, and I didn't have to do anything.
There were some items that made my situation a challenge and I was honestly expecting this to be a painful process. My neighbor and I share a sewer line put in in 1958. I had been putting off the job because of the expense, but my neighbor wanted to go ahead and was willing to do a bunch of the leg work getting quotes. Aces Four's quote was the lowest bid by just a bit, pretty much in line with the two other companies we liked.
Also, the side yard where the sewer line comes out of the house was only accessible by some very old (and not very sturdy) stairs and a gate in a chain link fence. Landscaping (rock walls and trees) made going up any other way not a very easy option. A small excavator was brought in and, with my deteriorating steps protected, they rolled it up into the side lawn with zero damage or evidence they were there. All of the other companies I talked to expected to either dig by hand (more expensive) or have to pull out my fence and trees to get up there with a machine.
Every member of the Aces Four team was professional and courteous and endlessly patient with questions. I would recommend them without reservation.

Mike's has been our go-to plumber since we moved into our house in 2021 and they have been consistent, professional, courteous and fair in pricing. Mike will tell you himself, he may not be the lowest price in town (in most instances, they were honestly right there with everyone else or cheaper) but the work they do is quality. We have plumbing systems from 1956 and Mike's has been more than helpful in explaining what fixes are absolutely necessary vs what may be extraneous or even outright dangerous. Mike, Miguel, Sean, David, Javi and their whole team are consistent, show up on time and are extremely professional. On several instances Mike's quoted labor and time and when the crew finished the job early, they took money off of the original quote and only charged for hours worked. Honesty is huge for me and this only makes me trust them more. We have used them for several large projects (7k+) and for several smaller ones and each time we were really happy with the results. If you need a trusted plumber who is consistent and cares about quality, give Mike's a call.

If I could give 10 stars I would. An overall great experience. Complete Trenchless exceeded my expectations. They were timely, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.
I had a water main line break. To make things complicated my meter was 300 from my house under asphalt. Obviously I did not want to tear up the asphalt so I needed a trenchless water main replacement. Complete Trenchless did the job and caused me no additional work or headaches. I was told it would take 2 days and it took 1. I am very happy with outcome.

We had a water leak from an aging water heater, and needed the problem fixed right away.
After calling a few service providers, they all recommended to replace it with a new one due to its age and cost to repair, which makes sense (this isn't the first time I needed a new water heater, so I have some basic knowledge about them.)
I decided to use Washington Rooter because they have immediate availability, and their quote came the lowest.
They arrived promptly in the promised time window, got the work done fairly quickly, and cleaned up everything afterwards.
On top of that, they gave me additional discount for items that was not needed. Furthermore, while their original quote was for an electric water heater which is about 10% less than quote for similar gas water heater, it turned out we needed a gas one - the mistake was mine as I insisted I needed an electric heater. In the end, they only charged me the cost for an electric heater.
While I cannot vouch for the quality of work as I am not qualified to judge, and the work has only been done, I can say that the look the of the work is very professional (in my previous heater repair, I was educated on how a water heater installed in a garage must be on a stand, and must have strap around it for earthquake-proof etc.)
I also chatted with them, and can say that they're very professional, really put customer needs and concerns on top of everything else, are trust-worthy. I had experience working with electricians from both big companies and small - I can say that the big ones really cares about the $$ above everything else, and sometimes their worker are not very knowledgable.
Would highly highly recommend Washington Rooter.
