Sewer Friendly provided excellent service on a VERY difficult job! We bought a 1927 home and — as we later discovered — the sewer line probably hadn’t been updated since it was built. What we thought would be just a rootering job ended up being the discovery that our clay sewer pipe was broken every six inches… and that it had disintegrated ENTIRELY in some places. YIKES! Greg, James, and Tristan from Sewer Friendly helped us to feel totally confident despite all the old-house surprises, though — and despite our job being INSANELY complex, they persisted and got us up and running remarkably quickly. All the while, they were friendly as can be, and helped us to understand exactly what was going on. We felt like we were in excellent hands, and we’re so relieved that our old house now at least has a reliable sewer connection. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!
