First-rate service! I was late getting out of a critical appointment, so we were late getting home to meet Sam (our service technician). He wasn't able to get started until 6:00 PM, an hour later than we had scheduled. No complaints from Sam. He patiently listened to my description of our problem, then spent the next hour or more taking care of our two clogged drains. Once he was done, he spent another 15 minutes walking me through what he had done, including having me check the two drains. Then he provided me with a three month supply of a drain maintenance product and showed me how to use it. Before he left he gave me his business card, but not until after he'd written his personal phone number on it and told me to call him that night if we ran into any problems.Sam was very professional and very friendly. He even took the time to explain what he was doing to our 7-year old grandson. Bottom Line -- We could not have asked for a better experience while dealing with an aggravating situation.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

This job was complicated by needing to extend the interior water main to a second water feed including crawl space work. There was one difficulty with crawl space access and they stayed late to complete the job and stayed within the original estimate.

Called them for advice about storm drains two different times, they were so helpful on the phone and really kind. They gave me the facts and their advice. I will definitely use them for any problems.

Joe is a fantastic plumber. He came to my house and fixed all my problems with my disposal, dishwasher and air gap. Everything worked perfectly after he was finished. It was easy to make an appointment with his wife Sally, he arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and got it done quickly and at a great price. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Several months later I had a major water leak after the a big box store dishwasher install and I couldn’t use my kitchen sink. The store couldn’t get anyone out for four days! I called Joe, sent him some pictures of the leak, he diagnosed it over the phone, explained what was going on and got it fixed for me within hours. What he did was way above and beyond any of my expectations and I was so grateful. So not only is Joe a great plumber, he is a wonderful human being and will always be my go-to plumber!

Extremely unprofessional. Did not meet the scheduled appointment twice and did not even the courtesy to call and update as to why they couldn't come. Will not recommend them!

They explained everything and cleaned up their mess each day.
