Can’t say enough about how good this company is. Best plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. Came out within the hour of the emergency. Clear breakdown of costs and options/scope. Every employee I dealt with was great and knowledgeable. Ended up replacing all my old precast pipe and was amazed how quickly the process went.

It was refreshing to deal with honest and knowledgeable people, since plumbing is usually always an emergency situation and other companies in seattle I’ve called have been horrible.

After being ripped off and overcharged by another business, I called Sewer Friendly for an estimate. They were able to diagnose and repair my home's broken water pipe quickly and for an accurate and reasonable cost. Huge shout out to Greg, Tristan, Cameron, and Rick, for the great and professional job that they did, how frequently they kept me updated on what they were working on, how they asked my opinion before making any big decisions, how they always arrived early/on time to my home, and especially how kind they all were! Having things break in your house can be extremely stressful, but they all made it easy to put my trust in their ability to fix what was broken. I would recommend 100% and definitely will continue to use Sewer Friendly in the future!

Amazing customer service. The technician took time to show my young daughter what he was doing, why, and how. Super friendly and actual invoice came in lower than quoted. Definitely calling again if we run into any more issues in the future.

Jafco was professional and easy to work with. They did an estimate and offer financing. They repaired our sewer line and did the repair all without turning off our water and at no inconvenience to us. They were through and cleaned up when they were done. We highly recommend them.
