Giovanni was quick to find the problem and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The service was great and quick. I was very happy and satisfied with Roto-Rooter's services. I will be using Roto-Rooter for future plumbing incidents.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

He was supposed to come out on 10/2. I told him I wouldn’t be home but the system is outside. He never billed me, never sent a report. I received a late notice from the utility company today. This happened last year too, I had to email and call him to submit the report. Not sure why I gave him a second chance this year.

He got the unit installed in less than an hour and it seems to work fine with no leaks. I'm told they have a warranty on their work, so I'm sure if anything went wrong I could bring them back in.I like how easy it was to book online, and they were very communicative the whole time. They whole thing was pretty painless. The final cost ended up being $390.94 for the install. I know nothing about the industry or if that's appropriate, but at the end of the day, this stress is over with and I'm just glad they were so fast and easy.I hope everyone is as nice and helpful as these two. They made the most boring and expensive purchase I've ever made way less painful.

Called Washington Rooter in the morning and the owner, Farid came out within 2 hours to unclog our kitchen drain. It took a couple of attempts due to a massive grease trap 70-75 ft down in the pipes. It was taken care of successfully! I would definitely use Washington Rooter for any work in the future. Hard to find an honest and professional plumbers these days! Thank you!
