I am a property manager in the Seattle Area. Eric and McCoy from Beacon plumbing are amazing! We had a very difficult situation in a condo regarding water pressure/ Heating and more. They solved everything within 24 hours! These guys great!

We were able to get a same day appointment for a major sink drain blockage. In the four hour window, office called to let us know we were next in line for service and then again when they were 15 minutes away. Tyler was fast, but thorough. He also took the time to explain our plumbing problem and ways to maintain the old pipe line to prevent future blockage. Highly recommend this company and Tyler!.

This rating is based more on the professionalism of the crew than quality of the work. Overall I would give work quality 3.5 - 4, but their customer service is top notch. They arrived on time and quickly returned when we called to have deficiencies corrected. Angel is amazing...super professional, courteous, and patient. We would definitely hire them again.

Michael came to inspect our unit and repair our ductless mini-split A/C system when were on a tight timeline for fix. We had a bad experience with a prior service and Seatown came recommended by our realtor. During the initial diagnostic appointment he quickly identified the issue and clearly articulated the possible next steps. The day of the actual fix, I really appreciated the clear communication at each stage of the process, backing up each of his claims using data and showing me the results from his diagnostic procedures throughout it all - not to mention the level of professionalism and clear documentation of each step from the entire team at Seatown from start to finish. They also had parts readily available on hand which removed any stress of needing to wait for delivery on additional parts for follow up repairs. On top of that, Seatown had appointment availability on short notice at a time when other services were booking about a month out, amazing given the stress around our timeline.
