Best Outside Pipes in Seattle WA

Tonight my family came home from work/daycare to find our kitchen sink not draining. We tried what we could but we’re unsuccessful in our attempts. My wife called Roto Rooter and Peyman Arjomandi was at our house approximately 1 hour after calling...at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night. He was gracious, forthcoming with information and a plumbing master. He was in and out like he had never even been there, even taking the time to wipe down the front foyer area where he had walked. He was friendly and kind, and I will be a Roto Rooter customer for life. Thank you Peyman! You have relieved all of my wife’s sink stress!

We had an extremely positive experience with the company overall but Adam and Santino were fantastic to work with. We had 2 jobs done and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were very quick to get the job done and fair with us on pricing since we had 2 jobs and ultimately this gesture made it so we will use them again and refer them to others. I have also worked with other companies this past year where the staff is rude explaining the job/details when I have questions. Both Adam and Santino were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Much appreciated!

The Raymark team did excellent job for my elderly father. They provided informative information with each step of the process. I learned alot and am so grateful for the work. They have a strong work ethic and did not hesitate to take on this really big job. I am so pleased with their work and refer Raymark to others when I hear someone is having issues with plumbing.

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

I hired them because the price is cheaper. The guy did the work was late over 4 hours, which I waited
in my car for over 4 hours - I don't live there and it's a hour drive distance for me. They didn't tell me in
advance that the guy will be late, until I call them after waited in my car for half a hour, they said the guy is on
the way, and after I waited another hour, I called them, they told me the guy is on the road to my place, but
took another more than 2 hours for the guy to come. When the guy came, he didn't apologize but complain too
late for him. And I gave him $20 dollars tip, he still not finish the work and went home. Though he promised
to come back the next day he never comes back to finish the work. I call their office, the guy said that the price
was quoted low and asked me to pay more and threatened me to bring the old water heater back to my house. I
would definitely not recommend to hire this company.
