Our tankless water heat broke on during the recent cold spell in Seattle. Isaiah and Tristan came out to our property on Capitol Hill on a ridiculously icy day in which most of the city had shut down. We were amazed that they braved the ice and hills, basically sledded the water heater from their truck to our house, and got it installed and working promptly.
