Bill and Robert are the best! Bill was able to clearly understand and explain our situation and Robert came out the next day. As Bill suspected and Robert confirmed, we didn't have the problems we were told we had. With some advice from Robert we were able to handle it and only paid a service call fee. I don't know of any service company as honest and ethical as that! We will never call another plumber again. Thanks Bill and Robert, we really appreciate you both. You can be sure we will recommend you to our friends and family.
