Called early in the morning to repair a leaky dishwasher hose dripping water into my basement and walls. A plumber was immediately assigned to our case that was on standby and showed up within 45 minutes. Austyn was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. He was able to quickly identify the issue, remedy, and tested to ensure the issue was fixed. All in all a superior experience and would recommend them to anyone.

There are serious problems with scheduling as last night no one showed up, although scheduled for 6-10 pm. I only found out they had cancelled us by calling them. Bad business practice ~! Curt the installer today was great and Dwight the Project Manager also very responsive.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

Brian was easy to schedule with, responsive and understanding when I needed to reschedule, and super-fast when replacing my garbage disposal. Couldn’t be happier!

Mike of 2 Sons Plumbing is a professional definitely knows what he is doing. We had a leak from ceiling under master bathroom. On appointment day, Mike arrived on time.He cut out an opening to have a view inside and told us the toilet seat needs to be reseated. And after less than an hour the problem fixed. During the process, he was very informative and kind. The pricing was also reasonable. Office staff was also kind and professional giving us reminder call after appointment.Definitely will use this company again.Thank you Mike for your service!

This review is not for the work; the technicians did a good job, but for the abysmal service. We had nearly 10K worth of electrical work done several months ago, and one of the plugs they reinstalled did not work, and was not put back properly (left sticking out past drywall, so cover cannot be put back on). I called just after they left, and was assured someone would come back the following day to correct it. It’s been nearly 8 weeks, and they have not bothered to return. I have called multiple times with no success. They also left us with $700 in drywall repair after they removed the panel. Please be aware of this extra cost above what they charge, and that once they have your money, they will not fix their work. We are using an tension cord for our microwave because they left a plug nonfunctional and refuse to repair it.UPDATE:After writing this review, Eco contacted me, and finally sent someone to fix the issue. Again, the electricians are great, but I should not have to spend hours calling, finally resorting to writing a review to get their attention. I upgraded to 3 stars for the work, but will never use them again due to lack of customer service unless they get a bad review.
