Best Emergency Flood Service in Seattle WA

My 84yr old mother was charged over $8k plus the $450 charge from the clean out the day before - the main problem in the line wasn't on her property and they didn't replace any of the line like Aaron told me would be done ( we replace the areas where there is an infiltration ) also they lied about asking her to check w/ a family member before agreeing to the service ( Aaron said they ask all the elderly customers to do this & she said they didn't and if her being a senior was a thought then why wasn't she given her a senior discount like they supposed to?) - the sales guy made her feel like it was an emergency, that the line could plug up again (soon); we were supposed to get a copy of the line afterwards but couldn't open the driver, informed them of this, but didn't hear back from them, I even called customer service & was told Aaron would call me but he never did and now we have a 'sink hole' where the clean out pipe was placed.

Installed a whole house water shut off system

Over charged me ! 5.25 hours !I even helped him! the guy just plugged in 4 of his power tools to charge and not even asked me first! Stoled my electricity! Just wore his boots walking in and out! New Faucet leaks in use! Just insane! Ripoff company More to post here ! I haven’t heard back from this company! What a shame they are!
