Puyallup City Water Dept notified us we had a leak which needed fixing. Our go-to plumbing services (Spartan Rooter of Tacoma) recommended Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection. I called him and scheduled an appointment (only several days after my call). Our leak was located with some difficulty because it was a small one in the main water line coming from the meter to the house, but it was located underneath a sidewalk about 5' deep. Simon located it perfectly. He also recommended we replace our water shutoff valve next to the house because it was an old type that was prone to break. We then called 811 and had the location marked with whatever other underground utilities there were - several were close. After that, Spartan came out and repaired the leak and replaced the shutoff valve. Simon is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We recommend him 100% - nice to have had such a pro help us out.

We've turned to Ben's Plumbing/HD Partners several tines and will be coming back whenever we have a plumbing issue. Ben and Brian were both extremely helpful, professional and skilled and were both obviously concerned with providing value and keeping us informed of the tradeoffs in every decision.
