This company is great! Everyone was very professional and they have great communication. Tiffany and Ashley in the office kept me updated the whole time. I had a pressure regulator that needed replaced, and they offered me a couple of options for replacement. The technicians name was Piotr, and he is great at what he does and extremely professional. I appreciate this business a lot and know who I will be calling for future jobs!

Connor Peterson from Tom Moffet Plumbing Services just completed an amazing repair of our clogged/slow drain from our home’s drain pipe to the main sewer line from our washing machine. Connor had to utilize all kinds of different tools, including incredible skills to SAS a section in the concrete and uses jack-hammer to excavate the concrete slab to get Florence to the section of bad pipe. He and the team from Tom Moffet also called in a specialist to re-line the failed pipe section with an epoxy liner. This saved us from having to spend tens of thousands of added cost, since they did not need to completely excavate the failed sewer line section.Connor kept us completely informed all along the way with the repair. He and his team at Tom Moffet are so very professional at the task of plumbing repair. They are so very friendly, and the skill they all have is truly very impressive.Connor also did an outstanding job on the re-patching the hole in the concrete, and his skill in floating this concrete repair was truly exceptional.We truly appreciate Connor, and the excellent support from his Supervisor, Kevin, and all of the wonderful staff at Tom Moffet Plumbing !!

A very committed staff start to finish. The sophisticated equipment used was helpful, and the staff was very patient at explaining things to me very clearly. Good communication and customer support throughout the whole process. So, if you are ever in the need of employing a leak detection service which can be quite stressful to find, I encourage you to call them.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
