I found my experience with Barker and Sons Plumbing and Rooter pleasant and professional. The entire work from the arriving time until the drain, clogged with dirt and Palm tree roots, was unclogged took about two hours. Barker and Sons Plumbing was the third and last plumber working on my yard drain issue.Ms. Missy was very pleasant, cordial, and understanding when she took my call and worked with me to make a reasonable appointment date and time which would accommodate my schedule as well. The company's plumber Alex showed up on time and he clearly explained the steps he would need to take to unclog my backyard's drain and what it would cost. Alex with approval of his manager offered me a $50 discount coupon to reduce my cost for being the first time customer. Alex had the proper equipment and the experience to hydro jet the entire drain line covering the backyard and the two sides of my house. My neighbor whom was experiencing similar issue with her house's drain line was so impressed with Alex's experience and the good and clean quality of work that she immediately called his office to schedule him to return to clear her house's drain line as well.I was also impressed by the fact that I received a follow up phone call from Missy to make sure I was happy with the plumbing work done. This pleasant and satisfactory experience has made Barker and Sons Plumbing and Rooter the first choice plumber in my Contact phone book for my future plumbing work.

Shafer plumbing has done many jobs at our house and a host of our family's and friends homes. They are very honest, reliable and stand behind their work.
They remodeled our mothers bathroom, found and repaired slab leak, ran gas lines, unclogged drains and a host of other items they have repaired. We highly recommend this company. Steve and his wife Ruthie own this company and are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explain exactly what needs to be done in layman's term.

I called on a Saturday afternoon, told them my problem. 20 minutes later, the 2 plumbers arrived. Assessed the situation, went the the HW store and picked up what was needed. They knew exactly what to do and to fix it correctly. Price is good, but the attention to detail was great. Definitely recommend.

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.

I absolutely love this place. Woke up this morning to no hot water, to make things worse my water heater heater was leaking, Called this company at about 630 in the morning in a complete panic not expecting anybody to answer. Miguel answered the phone, was not pushy at all, referred me to the website to schedule an appointment. Not even an hour later received a phone call to confirm. Robert came over and suggested a tankless water heater, explained the pros and cons. I felt the tankless was a perfect fit for me. To make a long story short, I had a great experience with this company, and i' m loving my new tankless. Great job Quick Water Heater.

Very knowledgeable. No surprise costs, everything was explained upfront. Explained options, some not using them. I felt like they wanted my issue fixed in a way that was best for me, whether I used them or not. Very professional and friendly. It's refreshing to experience old school customer service today. Recommend and would use again.

John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. He even helped replace all the air filters in my house as I luckily had spares. Thanks so much for fixing my AC! Great people, great service!
