I contacted them on a Sat afternoon and they showed up on Monday at noon. It was great to get a quick appointment. Colten who came was patient while listening to my layman explanation of what was going on. He spent about 5 minutes diagnosing, he knew what the issue was after another minute, and fixed the issue a minute after that. Colten's professionalism, knowledge, and patience is exemplary of great service. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

This is my second time calling Orange coast plumbing first for AC problems and now for water heater problems. Both interactions have been professional and courteous when making the appointments as well as the licensed professionals that show up for the job.I have absolutely no complaints.

Both visits were great, this visit however I was very impressed at how thorough and detailed Steven Ratanapratum was. He gave me a play by play on how he narrowed down the problem. Gave me options on what I can do and I never felt like the work was being pushed on me to get done. He was honest, professional and overall great guy. Highly recommended.

He put furnace in my house and a new water heater Very professional guy Good pricing price was very reasonable compared to the others he did a great job I’m very pleased. I also had him clean my drain out and installed new Fossett and shower heads in my bathrooms 👍👍👍👍👍👍

A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. This company was great. It was super easy to schedule a time that worked well for my work schedule and they were timely at arriving in the allotted frame. Alex was the technician and he was easily able to fix our electrical issue fast and efficiently, and he had a great attitude!
