A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. Nick was extremely professional and went above and beyond, customer service skills on point. 72 hours later, I am now enjoying nice and cold AC throughout the house. This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. I will continue to use Orange Coast Plumbing whenever the need arises and highly recommend them to others!

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

My forced air heating unit stopped working in November and the company offered the best prices and was the most responsive company I contacted. I recently did a renovation and drywall dust prevented the heater from turning on. They stopped working within a few hours and even replaced my filter. I rarely comment, but their excellent service deserves recognition. I highly recommend them for both great prices and service.
