He shared with us about the age of the pipes that were connected since the house is a bit older and he made sure that another leak like this would not occur. We had a main sewer line clog on Friday evening of Labor Day weekend, not only did we get fast service from Moffett Plumbing, Matt G. worked very hard staying late all with a great attitude. We ended up having the main line cleared with a water jet (it was full of tree roots) and the followed up on Tuesday after the holiday with the installation of a liner to the clay sewer piping making it better than new. Matt G. was great to work with, the service was excellent, workmanship was fantastic and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Moffett Plumbing, very professional!

Luis and Ever worked over time until they finished the job of restoring my plumbing system. It was nasty water all over the grounds. They worked diligently to make the repairs and then cleaned and disinfected everything. Job well done. I highly recommend them .

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Fair and Reasonable Pricing. Excellent Work

I have no idea how this business has 5 stars. My mom who's 75 called them to help with some plumbing problems we had while trying to install a new washer and dryer. They charged her $50 to come out and assess the situation, $45 for a new hose (that she won't need) . All this was on a Friday, and they told her they will be back on Monday with equipment to see if they will be able to resolve the problem. When they showed up on Monday, they came just to tell her in person they would not be able to do the job. What was this? A company taking advantage of an elderly person who does not know about home repairs. Extremely upset with them. With so many great plumbers don't take your chances!.

Sean and Robert Gabriel nick were awesome and did such great work were very professional and did great work they explained everything to me after the work was done and they were by far the cheapest bid I got on the work done I would use them again and highly recommended this business very professional and nice

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
