Its a rare thing to find a company that truly prides itself on professionalism, integrity, and customer service and Barker and Sons Plumbing & Rooter is that company!! We had a slab leak at our home in Whittier, and were so worried we could be facing a huge and unplanned expense in leak location, pipe rerouting and slab/wall repairs. Long story short, Will and Van from Barker and Sons came out this morning, located the leak very quickly, did the repair and were very respectful. They minimized the time the plumbing was not accessible, and notified us ahead of time. Will and Van did everything possible to make sure everything went well and that we were not inconvenienced. I am very impressed, grateful, and highly recommend this plumbing company!

Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. Our AC went out during the middle of a heatwave and CW came out same day (Saturday) to diagnose and ultimately come to a conclusion that we needed to replace our entire system. He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.
