Michael showed up yesterday afternoon and checked out a possible slab leak detection. He came back first thing this morning to perform a leak detection found it and promptly re-routed the pipes. He worked efficiently and did a great job! Thank you Michael u get 5 stars!I have had to call Barker and Sons twice in the last 3 weeks for different issues and both times had a technician out here w/in 45 minutes. Thank you again! I escaped coming down to a flooded downstairs!

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. Bathtub heating and Cooling was broken. Repairment was estimated at no more than 200$ and the wanted to charge 500 without even looking at the problem and lying they had already come to check it all out. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

Couldn't be happier with their service. I called on Oct 18th at night at 9:30pm for a clogged toilet. Their technician Ken promptly gave me a quote over the phone and came fixed it up at 10:23pm. It took him more than half an hour. When he left it was close to midnight. They helped me so much because it's the only bathroom!
