I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

I’ve used serve rite plumbing so many times the past year for my Rental properties that they already know who I am when I call. They are definitely extremely professional and helpful in fixing any issues the same day my tenants have issues with. It is a trust worthy company that I highly recommend if you want a piece of mind.

I got my toilet leaking problem fixed as soon as I contacted wih Clean-Out King's two days ago. Again, I got another problem today, and I called him again. Two hours later, he came and fixed it completely without additional charge.
The plumber, Bobby Tieu was so nice and excellent with reasonable price.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

They were recommended by our insurance company. They did such a good job I kept their card for future jobs. If I keep a card that means they are very good. They are about helping the client and getting the job done correctly.
