Recently had an issue with a toilet not flushing and a slow draining sink. Contacted Clean Out King’s in the morning and had a plumber out at 1pm as promised. Bobby T. was our plumber and he was very courteous, clean, and efficient. He had both problems fixed within 30 minutes and gave me some cost-efficient tips on what I could do to maintain my pipes.

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

E&Y Plumbing did a great job with a few small jobs, mostly fixing our tub so our daughter can take baths! Their tech was professional and did a great job for a fair price! Highly recommended!
