Best plumbers ever

Robert came out to replace our main valve. Our mid-century house decided to be super stubborn and was giving him super hard time. Robert spent time, effort, and all sorts of methods to get the water to drain so he can put the new valve in. Many would have faltered or quit, but not Robert. He finally manged to get the water out and proper weld on. We are super thankful for his knowledge and patience, and definitely recommend Serve Rite Plumbing and Rooter.

Tony really came thru in late night. Called at least 5 companies before I called Clean Out Kings was almost surprised they actually picked up. Great service with play by play when and who the technician was. Junior came by and fixed my over flowing toilet. Highly recommend!!!

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Jacot came out to look at a slab leak, quickly identified the problem, quoted a repair price that sounded quite fair and accomplished the repair in a timely manner. HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

We had major back up of our drain pipes, which we used E&Y to hydrojet and clear our main. There were 7 rootballs which we could see via their camera they use to show Before & After. It’s fantastic to be able to verify with your own eyes what they are explaining is the problem and the actual solution. We had a small catastrophe when the camera was lost during a scoping of our kitchen drains. E&Y had to break open our floor and dig deep to retrieve it. We thought they rip open everything, but no! They were so great. They opened a hole in a carpeted closet and dug under the house to reach the spot and then replaced the broken pipe and back-filled. It was a superb solution to a difficult problem. We highly recommend Elder & Young!
