The Tom Moffett Plumbing technicians, Conner and Trey were at our house to fix a hot water leak in the concrete floor of our downstairs bathroom.On the first day Conner evaluated the problem. When he was ready to proceed, he had his supervisor Kevin come to review and approve the plan. The second day Conner started the work. On the third day Trey came to work with Conner. They encountered more problems than they had expected because our house is over 50 years old. They were able to fix the problems and yet honored the dollar amount on the contract that we had already signed!We thank God that they were such good people, and so well trained that they knew what to do.

Quick response and competent fix. Price is a bit high for an hour's time but plumbing is never cheap. Will use again!

PP has been in business for 30 yrs and services the local OC area. They are open 24/7 for emergency repairs and 8-5pm for service and repairs on all your plumbing needs. They are awesome with great prices and better customer service.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!

Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!
