We recently had Matt Evans at our house because our bathtub wouldn’t drain. He was punctual, respectful and upfront and honest about what needed to be done, without trying to push extra things on us. He took care of a decent size project on his own and successfully finished it in the estimated time he gave us. The only thing we didn’t like about the company was that when you call to schedule you have to pay a fee for them to come out and they won’t give you a price for specific jobs until they are at your home.

We've used Shafer for about 3 years after they did a great job putting in a new hot water heater for our home. Our previous plumber had just retired and I was thrilled when I found out Shafer is a complete service plumbing company. No matter the job they work with you to get the right technician to the house as quickly as possible. This week Taylor arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, did the outside part of the job first and then came in the house (used booties without being asked), finished quickly and left the place spotless. Plus he's the nicest guy and clearly knows his stuff. I would recommend Shafer to anyone.

John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC.
