William C. Saved my sanity, after a repaired slab leak we suddenly had more water coming from the same area. I was headed out to work so I could only hope it wouldn't keep streaming it. He called to set an appointment the next day but after hearing my concerns with more water he called to see if he could get approval for after 5. He did and showed up on time...he withstood my questions and my concerns as to why it was happening again. He explained why they call it a slab leak nod fter determining the ther were no leaks in my unit he set out to determine where the water was coming from...he was very thorough in solving the mystery and did. We had purchased a new washer and dryer and needed to have the 30+ year old water outlets replaced before the appliances were delivered.

We only had a few days between the purchase and the delivery, so it had to be done quickly.

Luis set up an appointment within a day which was a great relief.

He and his brother showed up on time, and as promised, both wore masks the entire time they were here. For us, this was a sticking point as both my wife and I have immune issues.

The work required replacing the laundry box which held the cold and hot water outlets as well as the drain. Cutting out a section of drywall was also necessary in order to access the piping.

They did an excellent job of replacing the old outlets with new and upgraded plumbing, and repairing the drywall. I can't even tell where they made the cuts! All that was left for me to do was to repaint that section.

Over all, I was very happy with the communication, quality of the work, and the fact that he actually listened to and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely use J&L Plumbing Services in the future for any additional work I need.

I’ve used Shafer Plumbing for over 25 years. They have without question been the best plumber I’ve ever used. I’m a contractor and they’ve done complete repipes. Kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, outdoor kitchens, sewer repairs, camera work, and many many service calls for single fix items. I’ve referred Shafer when anyone calls needing a plumbing referral. Great people, honest, no surprises, no upselling, just solid plumbing service every time. Can’t say enough good about them. David Ramos was very helpful and professional in his approach to the work I needed performed. Also plumber Shawn Hammond is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly repair my bathroom plumbing.

I had a shower leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused a bit of damage to my home. I reached out to Caliber One and Mondo was able to provide me some general pricing over the phone based off my own troubleshooting. The very next day a tech named Manny came out to further troubleshoot the problem and they had it all fixed for me. The service was great and the pricing was very fair. I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by this company.
The bid they put in for my project was the most reasonable. And not only that, they came over the next day after calling them. When I was explaining what I wanted, he had no problems breaking it all down Barney style and telling me what he could and couldn’t do. There was nothing that couldn’t be done. What sold me was how excited he sounded when telling me they could do the job. My project felt like it was his project.

I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!

This is the second time working with ePipe – Pipe Restoration, Inc. for our commercial office and we are more than grateful for their expertise and most importantly, their honesty!
The first time, we had them come to do a hydro jetting job. They provided top-notch service, expert plumbing knowledge, showed up on time and were also very efficient. We originally had another plumber come out to give us a quote, and they had tried to convince us that we needed to put in a sewer liner for over $10k. Our wonderful general contractor highly recommended to get a 2nd opinion and referred us to ePipe – Pipe Resotration, Inc. They sent out their supervisor (Tim), along with his team of guys (Miguel and Mario), and quoted us only $1,650 to do the job. When they finished the job, they discovered that there was no requirement for the liner, so the original plumber was trying to sell us something that we really didn’t need.
Recently, we had a big waterline leak in our plumbing in the parking lot. Immediately, I called ePipe to see if they could come out. They mentioned they could rush out in the afternoon. At the same time, I called another plumber to come earlier that day just to stop the leak. The plumber just did a quick walk through and tried to tell us that all of our pipes were getting old and that we needed to replace ALL OF THE PIPES WITH A QUOTE OF $60,000! Being a woman-owned business, we sensed that this plumber thought he could really rip us off, and we were not convinced by his findings.
Thank goodness ePipe was able to come give us their opinion that same afternoon. Their original team (Tim Plouffe, Miguel Reyes and Mario Torres) arrived to help us diagnose the leak. They spent about 30 minutes investigating and digging underground. They discovered a big tree had overgrown roots and one of the large roots had damaged our pipe. Tim and his guys were able to fix it for $3,450, and not price gouge us and try to oversell replacing all pipes for $60,000 like the other plumber.
We truly appreciate the solid training, excellent customer service and most importantly trustworthiness of this team! They will certainly be our go-to plumbers.
