We've had so many plumbers out to fix our plumbing because it's original to the house but Tweedy did it faster and cheaper than anyone else and didn't try to upsell us on additional repairs.

Henry Calderon came today, on short notice, and got my two kitchen sinks unclogged. He was efficient, polite, very knowledgeable & thorough, friendly and fun to have around. I only use OC Plumbing for my issues & hope I get He Ty again someday!

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Shuan was very professional and responsive....found and fixed leak in the slab. had also to deal with asbestos in wallboard. Brought in a testing company that also was great. Replaced outdoor valve for water line as well..Very timely response and excellent work...fair price.

Chuck was at my place within 30 minutes and was able to unclog my main line within another 30. He was a real life saver. Prices were fair, quotes were up front and accurate. I will be contacting them for future issues.

Allan was right on-time, professional and we discussed the details of the job to ensure everything was covered. I had a kitchen faucet and new garbage disposal installed in my townhouse. I also had my tankless water heater serviced. Allan was efficient and highly detail oriented. The scheduler Melissa was also very responsive and helpful. Allan gave me some suggestions regarding the installation of a circulation pump to get the hot water to my third floor bathrooms faster. Price was fair. I am very pleased with the work and service.

We had purchased a new washer and dryer and needed to have the 30+ year old water outlets replaced before the appliances were delivered.

We only had a few days between the purchase and the delivery, so it had to be done quickly.

Luis set up an appointment within a day which was a great relief.

He and his brother showed up on time, and as promised, both wore masks the entire time they were here. For us, this was a sticking point as both my wife and I have immune issues.

The work required replacing the laundry box which held the cold and hot water outlets as well as the drain. Cutting out a section of drywall was also necessary in order to access the piping.

They did an excellent job of replacing the old outlets with new and upgraded plumbing, and repairing the drywall. I can't even tell where they made the cuts! All that was left for me to do was to repaint that section.

Over all, I was very happy with the communication, quality of the work, and the fact that he actually listened to and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely use J&L Plumbing Services in the future for any additional work I need.

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him

Bathtub heating and Cooling was broken. Repairment was estimated at no more than 200$ and the wanted to charge 500 without even looking at the problem and lying they had already come to check it all out. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!
