Imagine if you had a very friendly and warm neighbor who had not only expertise in plumbing, but direct connections to the industry in order to expedite service and cut costs. Then say this neighbor had no other interest but to assist you for the day. This is what I received from Vince, Tristan and Moffet Plumbing overall. I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Pleasant experience, the service tech Jon showed up on time did the work required in a detailed manner. Jon is very polite and best of all no surprises, job completed as promised.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

I had a leak and the water on my house had to be shut off until a repair was made. Sean came out (on his birthday!) to work on my situation. He replaced the main shut off and also handled fixing the pinhole leak. He was professional and explained things every step of the way. Thank you, Sean!

We had purchased a new washer and dryer and needed to have the 30+ year old water outlets replaced before the appliances were delivered.

We only had a few days between the purchase and the delivery, so it had to be done quickly.

Luis set up an appointment within a day which was a great relief.

He and his brother showed up on time, and as promised, both wore masks the entire time they were here. For us, this was a sticking point as both my wife and I have immune issues.

The work required replacing the laundry box which held the cold and hot water outlets as well as the drain. Cutting out a section of drywall was also necessary in order to access the piping.

They did an excellent job of replacing the old outlets with new and upgraded plumbing, and repairing the drywall. I can't even tell where they made the cuts! All that was left for me to do was to repaint that section.

Over all, I was very happy with the communication, quality of the work, and the fact that he actually listened to and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely use J&L Plumbing Services in the future for any additional work I need.

Bathtub heating and Cooling was broken. Repairment was estimated at no more than 200$ and the wanted to charge 500 without even looking at the problem and lying they had already come to check it all out. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!
